Many folks use binaural beats to meditate, improve their focus or relax. Until now it’s been a largely unproven way to improve focus and deepen meditation. Using binaural beats because our personal experiences with it were positive was enough. Personal experience and understanding is the most important for those on the path, after all mediation is supposed to provide a deeply personal and transformative experience.
