
There’s a story about a spiritual teacher and a young student. The young student was putting together a complicated puzzle-map of the world. Feeling overwhelmed, the student said to the teacher, “I’m not able to put this puzzle together, it is too much for me!”
The teacher replied, “Turn it over, on the other side is a picture of a human being. Put the human being together and the world comes together”. To turn the puzzle over relax and let energy flow.
Fear is destructive, what to do in the moment, or in the fear bubble?
Stop for a moment, then try these steps.
Focus on your breathing, breathe in deeply, down to your navel, your Tandien.
Find your happy place, visualize in a moment of joy. See it, feel it, smell the smells, taste the taste in your mouth.
Choose joy, or feel grateful. Sometimes understanding that the fearful situation is a moment where you overcome and triumph simply by breaking an old habit is simply enough. Even just saying “It is what it is” offers the moment to break the daisy-chain of negative thoughts.
Finally, understanding that what you fear is not necessarily as bad as you think it is, or even what you think it is, can break the cycle of fearful thoughts and you will relax.
Fear is from the body-mind. It is a knot in the body combined with a belief, and that belief has been threatened. OR that belief has developed out of experiences that were negative and even traumatic. In those instances, give yourself permission to recognize that you are safe now, feel safe in the current moment, and know that you are loved. You are loved because you love yourself.
Look past the fear for the alternatives, reality, truth. Sometimes the wolf at your door is a puppy, other times it is an opportunity.
Fear not, make the world a benevolent friend, and a better place.

Choosing love instead of fear assembles the pieces of the person puzzle, and yes, the world comes together.
The vibration, the frequency, of videos like this help to break a continuous cycle of fear. Sitting in meditation, just sitting, or even working with this in the background teach your muscles to let go. Let yourself feel the vibration of the bowls. Just feel, overtime, it becomes natural to relax in challenging moments.
Sometimes the choice is not can you but will you. Using your will, focus your intention to break out of a fear bubble and allow the new to enter. Allowing the feeling to flow. Sometimes the fear is about feeling the feeling. When the energy flows your actions will be positive, the fear reduces and lessens. You got this. Namaste
